The 2013 OSKCS Race Schedule is finally done and we are happy to finally get out to our racers. The OSKCS will be a 10 race schedule ran at both at Pat’s Acres Racing Complex and at PKA’s newly remodeled MAC Track Located in McMinnville Or. Wait the last Date of the series has been changed to October 6th at PARC.

Portland Karting Association will be attending the Portland International Auto Show January 24-27th. At the Portland Convention Center. Dwight Besuyen PKA member has been instrumental in making the arrangements to be in attendance at the show. He and his staff of PKA Volunteers will be manning the PKA booth during the show.

Come on out to round 3 of the PKA winter Series at the MAC Track. Gates open at 9AM and practice starts at 10:00AM. Forecast is for Dry and Sunny with a warming to 50 Degrees. It will be great time to get out and have a fun day at the track. Don Holmboe is your host.

The 2013 Rotax Membership forms are now online to fill out and send in to Rotax. Remember to Fill in NW Gold Cup as your home series.

Portland Karting Association Reminder: 2012 Rules Meeting The 2012 Rules meeting will be held at STARK STREET PIZZA 92nd and Stark Street, Portland, OR. December 1, 2012, 9:30AM!!! Everyone is invited to attend. Only members are allowed to vote but attendance and input from all of racing community invited to attend.

The PKA board of directors are happy to announce the dates for the Winter Series at the MAC Track in McMinnville. There will be five race Sundays this Winter Series. Don Holmboe will be your host for all Five events for the remainder of this year and into 2013. Entry Fee will be reduced to $35.00 for all racers and Pit passes will be $7.00 for the Winter Series. Gates will open at 9:00 AM we hope to finished around 2-3PM so all the kids can get home and rest up for School on Monday New for the series this year we will have EMT's onsite at all 5 races. So come on out and have some fun with us this winter.
